The American Diabetes Association, ADA, has an interactive tool to create meals. This tool can be especially helpful for people with diabetes, and/or those who are trying to have or maintain a healthy weight.
Nourish Interactive has a host of nutrition information for teachers, parents and children. Talking My Plate is an interactive healthy eating game on the Nourish Interactive website.
As part of the Serving Up MyPlate curriculum, MyPlate has a free nutrition teaching series for elementary school teachers. There are Levels 1-3, for grades 1&2, 3&4 and 5&6 respectively.
