Half of Us is a campaign to help bring awareness to mental health issues, particularly with youth. Half of Us has a website that has helpful resources for individual's experiencing depression, anxiety and other obstacles.
The Half of Us website also provides information on how to support and help a family member, or friend, who is contemplating suicide, battling depression or other mental health challenges.
