Rising Sun Entrepreneurs Commercial Kitchen is certified and licensed. The RSE Commercial Kitchen is available to bakers, caterers, chefs, culinary students and entrepreneurs who provide food for the public.

They also offer reasonable rates for dry and cold storage. Uptown Kitchen Oakland has specialty rooms: a gluten-free food preparation room. a CA State Agriculture certified dairy production room and a temp-controlled workspace for chocolate manufacturing.
